Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery

orders. Please allow approximately 5–15 business days for orders to arrive,
depending on the customer’s location, product availability, shipping carrier,
and customs processing.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information provided at
checkout is accurate and reliable. Ashline is not responsible for orders
shipped to incorrectly provided addresses or for delivery failures caused by

Ashline is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier
issues, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our

Where applicable, digital products or services are fulfilled electronically
and do not require physical delivery.
